As an E-commerce VA, I do product research, listing, and description writing. I also took over their social media management on Facebook. There, I post products on their Facebook group and share them with different groups and pages to gain organic engagements and buyers.

Aside from that, I also do the product inventory and help in auditing. I also handle the waybill management. Most of the days, I communicate with the customers to reply to their inquiries regarding the product they buy or posted on the group.

Before my contract ended, they focused on affiliate marketing. I did their TikTok banner for greenscreen. Guide them for the first months of their use on the said platform. I also provide them the strategy to increase their views, followers, and buyers.

I work with my client on product posting, description writing, waybill management, and buyer engagements. My job involves helping my clients mostly in doing administrative tasks to handle shipping from Korea to Philippines.


Most buyers are also very active when tweeting about sales and promos, thus, interaction by replying to their tweets under the posts is of utmost important.

My client has Tiktok and Instagram accounts. I've been handling her Tiktok account since December 2021.

As her service provider, I do all the editing of the her tiktok videos, content writing, hashtag research, and some basic SEO management.


We've just opened her instagram and tried some strategies to see what works out for the type of content she wants.
